What can you accomplish over the next 3 months? The concept of the 90-Day Action Plan is to get really focused over the next 3 months based on a set of established goals.
The 90 Day Action Plan breaks down like this:
- Think about your vision and where you want to be in the next 3 years.
- Ask yourself what are the key milestones (markers or achievements) that you need to make to get you closer to the goal
- Identify 3 focus areas (this will keep you from getting too distracted)
- Outline your SMART goals and the resources you need
- Create action steps, time lines, and a set of daily priorities/growth activities for accomplishing each goal
