My Wish for You this Year

It’s 2023 and time for us to start a new chapter if you will.  I hope that 2022 brought you everything you needed. If it did not, look at this as a new opportunity to re-energize with purpose, passion, and action. As you set your direction and intention, I have one primary wish for you this year:

That you knowingly and intentionally USE your resources and tools.

It’s amazing the number of things we actually have at our disposal that can make a difference in how we build our business and our lives. We’re surrounded with technology and a wealth of information, but when it comes down to it most of the core essentials come from within.

So my wish for you is that you move through this year in complete use of your tools. Here are a few that we highlight in our High Performance Guide. I hope you put them to good use this year.

Confidence – Work to build it. The more belief you have of what you can do and accomplish the more results you will see.

Determination – Deepen your resolve and hold tight to your purpose. Remind yourself of this everyday so it becomes easier to begin what you start.

Focus – Fight for what most needs your attention. Don’t let distractions rob you of what you really want.

Motivation – Find things that inspire you each day, center your work around those things and your tasks will become more enjoyable.

Optimism – Be big on hope and continue to dream and pursue the things that your heart desires.

Resilience – Be ready to bounce back. Failure happens. Things go wrong. You won’t always get it right, but that’s why you keep trying.

Endurance – Think marathon, not sprint. It takes a lot more endurance to stay the course and see things through than to quickly move on because you don’t yet see the finish line.

Mental Toughness – Take control of the way you think and how you perceive the disappointments, failures, and shortcomings.

Consistency– Be willing to commit to the process, the work it takes and the necessary actions to get you the results you want.

That’s 9 internal tools readily at your disposal. Practice putting them into practice on a regular basis. To assist in the process, grab a copy of the High Performance Champion’s Guide.
